Found a 1950s level in a demo wall, the bubble still works but the vial is loose

Last Thursday I was tearing out a closet in a 1952 rancher near Columbus and pulled a steel level out of the stud cavity, must have been sitting there for 50 years. The bubble floats fine but it rattles around, anyone know if you can reseal those old vials or is it just a wall ornament now?
