Unpopular opinion: the $75 I paid for enclosed shipping from Phoenix was worth every penny
Back when I shipped my old Civic open carrier, it showed up with a cracked mirror and a fresh door ding, and the claim went nowhere for 4 months. Paying the extra 75 bucks for enclosed on the next move meant it rolled off looking the same as when I handed over the keys in Phoenix. Anyone else decide to just eat the cost for peace of mind, or do you shop around and gamble on open?
