Hot take: I figured brokers were all middlemen scum until one in Kansas City saved my butt on a Portland move
Spent 3 weeks fighting direct carriers for a quote on my lifted Tacoma and got nothing but runaround, so I caved and called a broker who had it picked up in 2 days for $1,150 flat, and now I am wondering if I have been wrong about these guys the whole time, has anyone else had a broker actually come through when direct carriers dropped the ball?
