Dropped $60 on a Firefly box set at a garage sale in Dayton, turns out my roommate already owned the whole thing on Blu-ray
Saw the box set at a garage sale on Saturday and grabbed it without thinking, mostly out of guilt for never finishing the show back in high school. Got home and my roommate just pointed at the shelf where his copy has been sitting for two years. So now I'm out 60 bucks and we have two copies of a show that got cancelled after one season, which feels like a mean joke. Anyone else own duplicate copies of a cancelled show just because you couldn't remember what you already had?
