Bought the full Firefly box set for $80 and it still stings
I dropped $80 on a fancy Firefly complete series box set at a used bookstore in Portland about a year ago, thinking I'd finally watch the whole thing and get why everyone is so mad it got axed. Watched all 14 episodes in two days and then sat there feeling ripped off, not by the show but by how short it was. I know that sounds dumb since the cancellation is the whole point, but nobody warned me the movie doesn't wrap up half the storylines. Now the box set just sits on my shelf as a $80 reminder that good shows get cut early. Anyone got a cancelled show that actually feels complete by the end, or am I just setting myself up again?
