Why does nobody warn you that one missed week turns into six
I skipped my weekly spread the third week of January because work got busy, and I just now set it back up in mid March. That is 6 weeks of nothing but random sticky notes stuck to my dashboard, and I missed a dentist appointment and my kid's picture day. What got me was the page numbers, my index stopped matching my actual pages by week 2, so finding anything turned into flipping through the whole notebook. I finally sat down with coffee and rebuilt the collection pages, which took about 90 minutes, then backfilled what I could remember. Now I'm wondering if I should do a quick 5 minute check in every Sunday even during bad weeks. Does anyone else have a rule for coming back after falling off, or do you just start a fresh book?
