Sharing your bullet journal layouts at the office: helpful or too personal?

I use my journal mostly for tracking my own tasks and projects. Lately, a coworker saw it and asked for tips, which started a whole chat. Some people think showing your spreads can help the team get organized and share good ideas. Others feel a bullet journal is private, full of personal notes you might not want your boss to see. I'm stuck between wanting to be a team player and keeping my own system for my eyes only. Where do you all stand on making your bujo part of work talk?

Seriously, it's a notebook with task lists and meeting notes. If you're that worried, just skip the pages with private thoughts. Most bosses only care if your system works, not the doodles in the margins. Making this a huge privacy thing feels like overthinking a simple tool.

My old boss would totally flip to the page where I listed all the reasons to quit. You say doodles, but I had a full page ranking my fantasy football picks right after the quarterly goals. It's not paranoia if your manager actually reads your notes to see if you're "engaged.
