Hit 200 coptic stitch bindings today, still can't believe it

Started keeping a tally on my workshop wall back in February after messing up my 5th attempt badly. Today I finished number 200 and the spine actually held up on the first try, which felt huge for me. Anyone else track their binding count or just me?

200 is wild, congrats. I saw a video from a bookbinder in Portland who did something kinda similar, she kept a jar of pennies and dropped one in every time she finished a book. Took her like 3 years to fill it. The part that stuck with me was her saying the count mattered less than the mistakes, so she started writing the fail dates on the jar too. Tracking seems to be a real thing in the binding world. February to now is a solid pace too.
