Took the relocation bonus and downsized, now I'm torn on the whole thing
Moved from Austin to Spokane for a $12k payout and cheaper rent, but my social life went from packed weekends to nothing but my dog and a gym membership. Is it smarter to keep grinding in a boring city for the savings, or does the isolation cost more than the money's worth?
