A shop regular in Spokane made me rethink how I charge for flat repairs
He watched me patch a tube and asked why I charge $8 when the tube costs $6, and after I mumbled something about time and tools, he said he'd pay double if I stopped using the tire levers he saw me snap last week, so has anyone else had a customer call out a pricing habit that was just force of habit?
