Found my new trick for prepping onions at the farmers market demo
Last Saturday at the Portland farmers market, a vendor showed me how to halve onions root to stem instead of pole to pole. It takes me less than a minute to dice a whole onion now. Anyone else pick up a simple tip from a random demo that stuck with you?
