Guys at my shop kept blaming hard water in Phoenix for crunchy brushes, but it was cold rinses trapping soap at the knot base the whole time. What's your brush care routine look like?

Learned this after two years in Tucson, warm rinse then a good shake fixed my crunchy Omega boar.
