The Room but with worse acting, my buddy made me watch it 3 times

So my friend Dave is obsessed with so-bad-they're-good flicks and he kept pushing this indie disaster called 'Caveman Cop 2: Dino Revenge'. I finally caved last Friday and honestly, I've seen The Room and Birdemic plenty of times, but this one took the cake. The plot makes zero sense, the main guy forgets his lines mid-scene and just stares at a cardboard dinosaur for like 20 seconds. It took me three separate sittings to get through the whole thing, each time we had to pause to rewind and laugh at the same terrible green screen explosion. Dave quoted the worst line, 'I am the law, and also a T-Rex now' probably 15 times that night. Has anyone else found a movie so bad it actually made you question your friend's taste in film?

Oh man, I literally just watched a YouTube video about that exact movie last week, it's getting a cult following online for all the wrong reasons. The guy who made it apparently funded it with money from a failed crypto scheme, which explains why the budget went to a cardboard dinosaur instead of, you know, actual actors who know their lines. I gotta say though, quoting "I am the law, and also a T-Rex now" at your buddy is peak friendship energy, like that's the kind of inside joke that lasts forever. But three sittings, that's rough, I can barely make it through one sitting of a normal bad movie without needing a snack break and a mental reset. Honestly, your friend might be a cinematic masochist, but at least he's sharing the pain with you, that's what friends are for lol.
