The HVAC guy in Marietta talked me out of a $6,000 system and saved me $400 a year
Had a guy named Dale out to look at my AC last month because the upstairs never got below 78 in July. He poked around the attic for 20 minutes, then told me my 12 year old unit was fine and the real problem was a crushed flex duct behind the air handler. He fixed it for $180 and said a new system would have run me $6,000 and cooled the house worse because the duct was the bottleneck. I asked why he did not just sell me the unit and he said he had been doing this 31 years and did not want me calling somebody else next summer. My power bill dropped about $40 a month since. Anybody got a go to HVAC person in East Cobb they trust, because Dale is booked out three weeks and I want a backup.
