My uncle in Tucson asked why my star trails had gaps and I felt like a dope
He asked if I was leaving the 30 second exposure breaks in between frames, and after checking my intervalometer settings I realized the 2 second pause I had set "for safety" was causing every single one of those gaps, so now I'm curious what interval everyone else runs on their setups.
