I finally saw Saturn's rings from my aunt's farm in Iowa, and cheap binoculars almost beat my old photos
Stayed out there two nights with a $70 pair of 10x50s and could just make out the gap between the rings, something my first telescope in 2009 never showed me. Anyone know if that gap is really visible with binoculars or was I fooling myself in the dark?
