He said, 'A quiet minute just means we're both comfortable, man.' It hit different because I'd been replaying a work call from Tuesday where I panicked and filled a pause with nonsense. Anyone else get stuck analyzing quiet moments after they happen?

My therapist told me the average comfortable pause is about 4 seconds. We're all just bad at judging time when we're nervous.
