Shoutout to the guy at Lowe's on Coors who saved my water heater install

I was about to buy a flex line that was way too short for my setup and this dude walked by, pointed at it, and said 'that's gonna burst on you in six months'. He grabbed me a different size for $8 less and I had it done in under an hour. Has anyone else gotten good help from a random employee at that location?

You had a good experience with that guy too? Yeah I went to that same place when my old water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. The guy walked me through everything, showed me the difference between the cheap models and the ones that actually last. I ended up going with a mid-range one and he even gave me a tip on how to drain it once a year to keep it running longer. Saved me a headache later on for sure.
