PSA: taping off the keypad hole saved me a callback in Tucson
I was roughing in a panel last Tuesday at a stucco house in Tucson and the drywall guys kept filling my keypad cutout with dust and mud. I started taping a plastic bag over the box after drilling it, just a cheap sandwich bag and a strip of painter's tape. The trim guy actually left it alone this time instead of fishing it out and losing it. Panel went in clean, zero dust in the conductors, and no callback. Anyone else got a dumb little trick that saves them a second trip?
